We can also request localisation, demographic and statistical data to improve our services.

AGIX processes data using customer and supplier management software, project management tools, and accounting systems, ensuring data security. Job applications are stored on a dedicated HR platform.

  • Third-party service providers, such as business partners, consultants, legal advisors, and auditors

  • Suppliers and technical or scientific service providers

3.6. Data Retention Period

For clients:

Throughout the budgeting process until the services or projects are contracted. In the event of non-contractualisation for 6 months.
Throughout the supply process. After the end of the project, your data is stored to safeguard the fulfilment of the warranty and the maintenance of the equipment.
For invoicing and for as long as legally required;
Or on the basis of your informed and registered consent;

For suppliers:

​Throughout the quotation process until the products or services are supplied. In the event of non-supply for 6 months.
For invoicing and for as long as legally required;
Or on the basis of your informed and registered consent;

For job applicants:

​If you have submitted a response to a job application on a dedicated form or through the contacts provided, the data you have submitted will be recorded for the duration of the job offer in question.  Unless the user has been informed and has given his or her free will that the data will be kept for future job vacancies.

3.7. How to Access, Modify, or Delete Your Data

To access, modify, or request the deletion of your data, contact the Data Controller listed in section 3.1. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe in compliance with legal requirements.

Your rights include:

  • Requesting corrections for inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect data

  • Objecting to data processing

  • Withdrawing or modifying consent for data usage

  • Requesting a copy of your data and its intended usage

  • Requesting deletion of your personal data

  • Transferring data to another entity
