AG55 | Automatic Inspection System for Plastic Carboy
The AG55 LQC50 is a compact quality control line for blow-moulded plastic carboy (e.g., PP, PET, PE, PVC), up to 320×320×400 mm.
It performs automatic inspection of handle and neck obstructions, diameter and flash measurement, leak testing (>20 mbar), tare-based weighing, and automatic rejection. Dimensions: 1,000×1,219×3,054 mm, speed up to 12 cycles/min, weight 235 kg, adjustable conveyor height 800–1,000 mm.
